What is your question?
The air conditioning on the driver side is blowing warmer air but the passenger side vents feel cool and just fine. Is it an electrical problem or ac problem?
What makes this problem better or worse?
No change when car just started or after it’s been running
How long has your 2013 BMW X3 had this problem?
Just started recently when I started using the ac again this year

Hello, Your vehicle is equipped with a “dual zone” climate control system, which allows you to have a different temperature, if desired, in the passenger side zone versus the driver’s side zone of the vehicle. When one side will not adjust to the proper temperature, there is either a problem with the control mechanism, the motor that turns the doors behind the dash inside the ventilation system plenum which meters the temperature from hot to cold, or a problem with the actual doors or plenum. Testing will need to be performed to find out what has failed and how it can be repaired. Alternatively - there's a slight chance that if the actuators are working properly, there could be a slightly low refrigerant charge, allowing the driver's side to be warmer than the passenger side. I'd check the temperature blend operation first. www.repairpal.com/repair-shops
