estimated costs to replace hood insulation on bmw x3 2006

when I tried to start my car their was a slight whirring sound. I didn't think it was the battery as I was able to use my key to remotely open the door. I called AAA and they raised the hood and saw that the foam insulation was coming apart and they cleared out some foam particles that were in the back of the passenger side under the hood. He jumped the battery contacts and also checked the battery itself. Everything was good, I was able to stop and restart with no problem. He had applied some tape to that particular part of the insulation. I have looked into the cost of the hood insulation for my bmw, p/n 51-48-3-451-622 but was unable to get any estimates on the cost of repair to replace it. Please tell me you can give me a ballpark estimate as my funds are rather low at this time but at least I could try to borrow from family. Thank you in advance.
