Hello, my goodness you have performed much work. What BMW diagnostic tool are you using to ensure all the work you are doing is accepted by the various controls of the vehicle? Also, "replaced transfer case" sounds like a significant repair. Where did you get the part from? Are you certain it's a direct bolt on replacement?
Does the engine crank and not start or does it not crank at all?
