How can I tell if the Fuse(s) or blown on my 2004 BMW X3 2.5i Radio/CD Player

Push the on/off switch nothing happens, no lights or sound from the speakers to indicate that it hook up? Previously a CD was Removed from the player, after the player had been taken out of the dashboard, on plug all switches/screws. Still "no'" light or any sound comes out of the player Absolutely Nothing.
