when push the break pedal, the car is making a clunking noise

I'll take an online guess at it .. Surface rust on disc brake rotors - should eventually go away. Otherwise *hands-on* inspection / evaluation is required. Common for disc rotors to accumulate light surface rust while parked - especially in humid / wet conditions - - like we have had for 8 months now ... 35 inches over our average annual rainfall! I'm in Franklin County.
