I have an 06 e60 bmw m5 having issues at shifting after new clutch install. Everytime it shifts the clutch will slip then engage. I changed, complete clutch all components, new slave cylinder, and slave sensor, smg pump, smg valves, pretty much put in a new complete transmission. And also put in a 2nd clutch thinking new pressure plate was bad. But still slips at shifts, adaptations worked and no fault codes. Any help
