2009 M3 limp mode and several codes coming up at once... please help!!!

If you have a misfire then first thing to check is for spark. You need to verify that cylinder 6 is indeed the missing cylinder and if you want to try something easy, try swapping the coil with a cylinder that isn't having an issue.
