My 2010 750I has been a great car. 60k miles I have a transmission question
What is your question?
When I come to a stop it wants to lunge forward a bit just at the point where I'm about to come to a full stop. Makes for an uncomfortable ride/experience. I had the front brake pads replaced a few months ago, so maybe it's related to this? Not a major issue, but I feel like I'm on the verge of something bigger/ worse happening. I've not yet called the local independent shop that I use. They're very reliable and turstowrthy. Just wondering if anyone else has had this issue?
What makes this problem better or worse?

Sounds like a harsh downshift. This could be transmission adaptations that are out of spec but a good scanner could tell you if that's the case.
