Car dies while driving. Replaced battery ran one day an now dead. Won't start.

If it cranks it could be a fuel delivery issue, ignition and a few other possibilities. If it doesn't crank you need to check voltage at the battery, should be at least 11 volts. You can also try jumping the car. If it starts with a jump, then you may have a drain.
