My AC keeps shutting off and gears start blinking, then it goes into a "transmission failsafe" mode?

I got into a fender bender a month or so ago and the lady hit me decently hard. I had to have the cable replaced and car reset. However now, the AC will randomly turn off while I'm driving, the gear symbols start blinking and transmission failsafe comes on? For awhile I would get a drive/brake fail warning too. The car turned off(basically) while I was driving twice? I'm naively hoping this is an easy fix....one can dream right?
What makes this problem better or worse?
Not sure really, it just kind of does it?
