What is your question?
I have a 2004 bmw 740il with 146000 miles. I replaced the transmission with a used one at 130000 miles (the original failed). Now the problem is when I first start driving the car in the morning, especially when it is cold, the tranny makes noise (like something is scratching) when it shifts from 1st to 2nd gear. It is clearly audible from outside and inside the car. There is no noise when the car warms up, like driving after a minute or two. There is no transmission oil leaks or anything. I hear this noise for the last couple months. I hope you can figure this one out. Thanks

Sounds like the synchronisers for the affected gears may not be getting enough lube when cold, maybe wrong gear oil, maybe lube flow is restricted, maybe etc. Have a trans tech drive and advise.
