KICK when accelerating

What is your question?

Hi guys! I would like to ask if anybody have problem when you driveon 3rd or 4th and you want to accelerate have kick, (sometimes transmission goes -(after kick)- in to a safe modethen i have to turn engine off roll on N wait like 3-5sec. turn on change to D and then i can go) like some one slam in to back of your car. why is doing like that my transmission has been rebuild in february 2010
