my passenger lights wont come on and the bulb is not blown?

Hello, Do you mean the headlight won't come on? It could be that the ballast is failing or has failed. Make sure everything is plugged and that there isn't any obvious damage. The ballast will be a jewelry box looking piece plugged in near the headlight.
