replaced bulb light still doesnt work

I have a 2000 bmw 540 I, Recently I had an issue with multiple bulbs not working all at once? Driver headlight and marking light, passenger daytime running light and high beam, and the passenger brake light and turn signal are all out. I tried changing all the bulbs, the lights are still out. I looked over the fuses but they don't look burned out. Im not sure where to check next. Should I replace the fuses anyway, even though theres no visible break in them?

What makes this problem better or worse?
