cold start noise

What is your question?

it is cold here in MD, whenever i start my car, it makes a roaring loud sound and it seems like it's coming from the muffler or exhaust. Once the car is warmed up the noise goes away. No matter what gear i put the car in doing start ups, the noise stays until the car is warmed up or driven about 2 miles.
