how do i bleed air out of cooling system on a 1997 bmw 540i 4.4 v8

What is your question?

when car gets to temperature fluid and air flows out expansion tank cap and car over heats had to change top radiator hose and thermostat now im still having this problem. need to know proper way to bleed system. also not sure if it has a electric water pump or not

What makes this problem better or worse?

worse when engine is hot
