Hello! Your oil level may be extremely low. These cars tend to burn a bit of oil, which is normal, but tends to increase as the vehicle ages. If the oil level is too low, the engine will not be able to maintain oil pressure, and can cause damage. Before you drive the car again, you'll want to check the oil level. Hopefully your car still has a dipstick, otherwise you'll have to check it through the iDrive system, which requires that the vehicle be running and at operating temperature before giving you a reading. Make sure the oil is at the proper level before driving it further, you may have to tow it if the message persists even with the level correct.
