ELV wire plug

What is your question?

Please help me understand where I can locate the ELV wire connection which is normally found below the steering column behind the pedal board. I have looked and searched endlessly for the connection. Is there a specific area or group of wiring it might be hidden In plain site from me. I hope that you have an idea of what iam asking & can help me. Thank you
