changing starter want to know if I unhook battery will my manit computer get erased ? can I separate the two wires at battery side starter terminal or will this do the same thing thanks
When disconnecting the battery it's always good to have a "battery memory saver" plugged in that will maintain things like this.
That said, I am doubting that your maintenance computer will lose it's information.
