Do I need to rewire or replace the high amperage fuses and the conector plates?

It looks like the drain hose failed from my sun roof and the water drained into the passenger's floorboard, which has the high amperage fuse box totally corroded. the connections on the underside crumbled apart and the connections on the top side are frozen with rust. This seems like a design flaw that should be repaired for free under some kind of recall or something. I cant even find the replacement parts. Please advise me of any options.
