2003 530i only fluctuates when cranked up idles perfectly runs perfectly no other time does it act up

Fixed to vacuum leak got new plugs new mass air sensor New valve cover gasket has something to do with air fuel mixture when first cranked then adjusted self what could that be

What makes this problem better or worse?

Was doing it intermittently now every time
