I have a oil leak and when i turn the wheel there's a screeching noise

There's a screeching noice every time I turn the wheel left or right even more so when I turn left then when I turn right , especially in the morning when I first get in the car the noice sounds the worst , and I was told by jiffy lube when I had my oil change that there was a big oil leak

What makes this problem better or worse?
