Electrical issue, how to pinpoint and fix.

What is your question?

Start car, tach erratic, fuel guage needle erratic, temp guage erratic. Needles twitch and bounce 1 at a time. Speedometer dead. Shut off ignition, pull fuse 17, turn to on position or start, then shut off, replace fuse, restart works okay until shut off for several hours. Then same thing again. Any clue besides vague electrical problem answer?

Sounds like maybe a ground concern. Too hard to know without having a wiring diagram and a voltmeter / ohmmeter. Testing is required hands on.
