Not so good. If water was ingested into the intake of the engine, you could have internal engine damage that is major -- in which case you should call your insurance company. If water has merely disrupted sensors or other components, you may have gotten lucky. Only a diagnostic test procedure will determine what happened. Seek guidance at a local shop near you.
