Worn lower arm or tie rod

The best thing to do is to put the car on a rack and do a standard front end inspection. If you do not know how to do this, then have a certified front end tech do this. The front end components are safety related so want to be absolutely sure that your are pin pointing the precise problem and component.

if it wobbles horizontally but not vertically it's most likely a tie rod
