What's causing passenger side park lights and turn signal to operate at random

Passenger side front and rear park lights come on without putting light switch in on position, same side turn signals front and rear come on while car switched on without placing turn signal switch on, and with the car switched on while driving signal on passenger side will start operating and can't be turned off even if turn signal control is moved back and forth to neutral position. After switching car off and on serveral times light and signal may stop. Sometimes lights will go off after the car has just sat for a while switched off. However,they may come back on or lights may start blinking.
