Fuel system is full of water (gas cap was Left off for 6 months)what do I do?

Will a hose go into the gas fill inlet?I know they put something in fuel inlet necks so you can't Sidon out gas!or do I have to drop tank? Also whole gas line filter fuel pump fuel rail injectors and cylinders are prob full of water I am just looking for short cut I guess!! Thanks for any input!!
