hi there , i tried to fix the wheel hum problem by replacing the wheel hub. however, i can still hear the noise and i wonder if worn tie rod or lower arm control can cause hum? thanks !!

Try rotating the tires and see if the noise could possibly be tire related. Wheel bearings are usually always the cause of a humming or growling noise and is often aggravated or more pronounce when driving at sped or when under load in turns. Jack up the car and properly support. See if you can feel wheel bearing play grabbing the wheel at 12:00 and 6:00 position and 3:00 and 9:00 position. Tie rod ends and lower control arm wear can contribute to excess play and perhaps a knocking sound but not a humming sound. Is the power steering system OK.
