Wind screen sprinkles don´t work

The wind screen sprinkles does not spry water, when I pull the lever the blades work, it has water in the deposit, I reset the computer by disconnecting the battery by the night and it did not solve the problem. It does not have a main pump in the deposit, it has two sprinkles for the wind screen and the sprinkle has build in pump with a plug in each of them. How can I solve the problem?
