With the light switch in auto mode the brake and tail light won't go off and the key is not in the ignition

What is your question?

Every since my fuse box was stolen and also my rearview mirror my park and tail light stay on when my light are in auto mode

What makes this problem better or worse?

When I turn the switch out of auto everything turns off
