My 94 Bmw is overheating, i recently put a new head gasket in it, a new radiator, thermostat. It is still over heating dont know what the problem can be

I would remove the water pump and check the impeller. These cars are notorious for a slipping impeller.

it has no circulation right side of rad. is 60 degs. when the left is 180 degs.why??? is the water pump hooked to the fan shat I see there is a electric driven pump shown??
