My car was recently in a flood off 45 hwy and my tire blew out ,I have run flats, I think I hit a pothole, but not only did my tire blow out but the dash light came on brake, tire, and engine, they say the air filter doesn't show water but it had to be the water. please help

there are many sensors all over the car that will illuminate the tell tales-take to a shop that has a scanner that will read these particular modules to get a start on where to start -- good luck
