Hello, More often than not, there is a bad ground at the headlight assembly. You will have to remove the headlight, and inspect the wiring harness for broken or corroded ground wires. There should be one or more wires from the harness at the headlight that bolt straight to the vehicle body, or another grounding point. If you have a test light or a multimeter, let me know, and I'll tell you how you can diagnose the circuit.
