What is your question?

So is this just a dead battery? No crank means you need to know if the battery is strong enough to crank the engine over. Also, you could have a bad key (meaning the chip in the key does not unlock the immobilizer) - try a different key if you have one. You could have a bad starter You could have a problem with the relays, wiring and interlocks between the ignition switch and the starter motor.
Thank you for your response. I've checked the fuses as well as the battery they were all fine didn't check the relays don't know exactly were the one i have to check can you advise me on which one. Thank u. I want to go through all avenues before i have to take the starter out.
For the starter to be energized, the CAS needs to know 1) the key is valid; 2) the transmission is in Park or Neutral; 3) your foot is on the brake; and 4) it has a "release" signal from the DME (engine module). These are not easy to test without a BMW specific scanner. Although the starter is hard to access, you can also test for power at terminal 50 on the starter. The wire to terminal 50 is the start signal. So if there is power at terminal 50 when you try to activate the starter, the starter should operate (barring issues with voltage drop on either the power or ground side)
