turn signals

What is your question?

Okay so I have been trying to figure out how to change the bulbs in both of the front turn signals? I cant figure out how to get to the sockets in order to change the bulb. There isnt a man in my life to help me so i really need some help before I get a ticket for it. Can someone PLEASE help me?
