maybe tranny & coolant system problem

What is your question?

Problem One: when driving the car it seems to switch gears very slowly almost as if it hesitates and a few days ago the tranny went into safe mode! Problem Two: i am getting some type of milky brown anti-freeze leaking from the car, i know that it isnt the headgasket because it is coming from the very front right portion of the car also i checked the oil stick and everything is fine there. i really need help! i do not want to over pay for the repair
