Replaced headlight bulb and it's still not working on my 2007 BMW 328xi

Hi, this is Bo, an auto expert on RepairPal's Car Genius team! If a fresh bulb didn't solve it there are a few other things worth looking into. A blown fuse or a faulty headlight relay would be the next logical and inexpensive place to check. On this generation BMW the adaptive headlight module or ballast could also be the culprit, especially if these are the xenon HID lights since those have more components involved than a standard bulb setup. A wiring issue or corroded socket is also worth considering since BMWs of this era can develop electrical gremlins in the harness. A BMW capable scan tool can sometimes pull lighting related fault codes that point you in the right direction before spending money on parts. Visit RepairPal.com to find a trusted shop in your area!
