Engine surge 800 to 1800 after cloaned ecu

What is your question?

I've been having issues with my 328I 2011 where it's rough idle cold start and shakes the car ,loss of power, transmission hard shift or late shift, abs traction control doesn't work and I've replaced all four abs, oil sending sensor unit doesn't work, basically the symptoms of your ECU unit. I sent off the ECU unit with one that I bought used the guy said they were clone successfully got them back put it in the car and before I forget the car's been drivable I've been driving it just fine other than the things I mentioned which were mostly annoying things but I went ahead and sent it in because the mechanic told me to get the ECU cloned. They said they clone the ECU at cluster fix in Texas successfully I got it back plugged it into the car it's not supposed to have to be reprogrammed or anything it's supposed to be plug up and drive and the car just idles for five or six seconds normally and then starts surging from 800 to 1800rpm. Smoke test good battery good

What makes this problem better or worse?

Does it a few seconds after I start it every time.cant drive it

How long has your 2011 BMW 328i had this problem?

A few days.since I put in cloaned ecu and now the1 original does it also.
