What is your question?
I have a fuse map to my car but not all fuses were originally installed. I think I made a mistake moving a fuse but don't know the original configuration. My thought is to put the correct fuses in all slots per the map to get it right but of course not all fuse slots were originally filled. Is there an adverse reaction if I install a fuse per the map where one was not originally required.?

If there was never a fuse in a slot - there's no circuit to complete. It's harmless. However, if a circuit needs completed by a fuse but is left empty - then yes, those components will not work. Keep in mind you must utilize the correct amperage fuses, so ensure the right fuses go into the right spots.
