I am told I will need to reseal oil filter housing (Vanos line leaking). How much should I expect to pay for the repair?

maybe it will be about $300?
$300 for parts & labor? Dealer is quoting just north of $700 (to no surprise-given its a BMW dealer). What da ya think?
