No. only way to realign the reae wheels is by getting adjustable shock tower mounts. This is also true of the front wheels. you only get a "toe and go" when you think you are getting an alignment, as the caster and camber are built into the strut design and can't be adjusted without changing the upper strut tower mounts. see bavarian auto parts catalog for more on this.
