Why are my front turn signals both out?

I'm having the same problems. My turn signal lights are out in the front and back. My headlights and break lights are the only thing that come on when I turn the engine on. I have narrowed my issues to the Light Control Module (Headlight Switch). Looking for a used part because the dealer was asking for $430
