What is your question?
on this Bmw 325xi 2002, my steering wheel turns right/ left but at certain points during turning its stiffer than average, is there a way to fix this? what could it be? should i be worried? i could get used to the turning, but id feel more confident, maybe switching/ fixing/ doing sumthing different with the steering. Steering wheel gets stiff at certain times during turns, (req abit more power usage to turn on the driver) Not all turns, not the full turning left/right, certain points in the turning radius of the steering wheel
How long has your 2002 BMW 325xi had this problem?
months

The issue you are experiencing is most likely due to the steering shaft from the steering wheel to the steering rack. It has multiple joints in it and one or more of them may be starting to bind with age and wear and tear. I would recommend having it inspected when you can to verify that is the issue. In terms of safety it is not an absolute emergency but the longer is goes the worse it can get and may make the steering much more difficult. If it does start to get like that it can become more of a safety issue if you are in need of a quick turn to avoid an accident. If it is the steering shaft normally the only way to correct the issue is to replace the shaft itself. If I remember correctly BMW does not off a rebuild kit for the steering shaft, only a replacement shaft assembly.
