The pump had been replaced 2 months ago. The antifreez has been added one week agao. The car is parked outside. Sometimes it sprays and sometimes it does not.

I would take it to a shop in your area, and have them check the tubing going to windshield washer jets. Also check the jets them selves as they might be clogged.
