Why are my interior electronics not working???

What is your question?

The electronic locks and windows do not work, the interior overhead lighting doesn't work, the mirror cannot be electronically adjusted, the trunk cannot be opened from the driver's controls, and the key fob doesn't work despite new batteries. What's going on?

Seems to be related to the functionality of systems controlled by the "General Module" of the vehicle. Could be blown fuses related, wiring concern, programming concern -- too hard to tell without connecting with a BMW compliant diagnostic tool and trying to see what is happening actively.
