325i misfire after changing all hoses

What is your question?

I havr a 325i 2004 changed all the hoses under the intake manifold the pcv system air and cooling we are now getting a missfire in one and 6 and a radom misfire also it sounds like a pump is open it goes zha zha zha like if a phone was vibrating what could it be.
