drivers side turn signal is blinking on the rear but not on the front and the iunsicde display shows that it is out how do i change that bulb??

Requires a phillips screw driver and patience. At the end of the fender above the blinker, there is a hole and a white plastic phillips screw head inside. Loosen the screw and work the blinker assembly out slowly. Change bulb and install in reverse order.
