Hot air comes out from steering wheel

What is your question?

When I'm driving hot air comes from the steering wheel on the bottom of it gets hot as well because my ac it don't blow any air from the middle only the driver side it does so what can be the problem to that so I can get it fixed

What makes this problem better or worse?
