I have a BMW 325i 2001 5 speed I changed the radio I hit the wrong wire now my car won't start I changed a blower fuse but still want start

My bmw 325i 2001 5 speed it's a good running car no problem out of it I changed the radio it spark I hit the wrong wire now it want start are no clicking noise I checked the fuses it had a blowen ingition fuse I changed that fuse but the BMW still wont start are any clicking noise but the dash lights do come on

It want do nothing dash lights come on but car won't start no clicking are anything
