My car make a click when I push the brakes , what this means?

It's possible the click you are hearing is the pads shifting inside the brake caliper. This is common when non OEM or low quality pads are used or when the clip that keeps the pad inside the caliper piston is broken. Have your brakes checked by a qualified mechanic/technician.
